Gulf Tactical Innovations (GTI) enters into strategic, one-to-one licensing arrangements with leading technology partners for the purpose of localizing manufacturing activities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and expanding market access for such partners’ products and technologies. As an integral component of GTI’s Quality Management System, all proprietary information, trade secrets, and technical know-how received under these licensing arrangements are subject to separate, duly executed Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) or equivalent confidentiality undertakings.
Pursuant to these NDAs, GTI is contractually prohibited from disclosing, transferring, or otherwise making available any confidential information obtained from a given licensor to any other licensee or third party, except as expressly permitted therein, thereby preserving strict segregation, data integrity, and full traceability across all business lines. This contractual framework enables secure and independent collaboration with each technology partner while supporting the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and the National Industrial Strategy, including the localization of advanced industries and the development of a globally competitive, sovereign industrial base.
